Description
The Injection System VMU is a chemical fastening system with an European Technical Approval (ETA, Option 7) for the use in non-cracked concrete and a DIBt-Approval for the use in solid and perforated brickwork.
It consists of a styrene free vinyl ester resin in a cartridge to be used together with different kinds of threaded studs that can be chosen depending on the base material.The system also includes a perfo-sleeve for the use in perforated brickwork.
By means of the dispenser gun the two components of the adhesive are injected through the mixer nozzle into the perforated sleeve. The threaded stud or sleeve is inserted manually. The hardened injection adhesive gives a secure fastening to the base material.


Applications:
Medium to high duty anchorings in non-cracked concrete: base plates, wood structures, pallet racks
Light to medium duty anchorings into brickwork:: projecting roofs, window and door frames, claddings, wood structures.

Loads are valid for permanent temperatures up to 50°C and short term temperatures up to 80°C. Lower loads apply for reduced anchor spacings, edge distances and anchorage depths.
